My name is Andrew Mertens and I am a Junior at Virginia Tech, studying History. I am currently studying abroad in Riva San Vitale, Switzerland until early May. Hopefully between now and then I will be able to travel around Europe, learn the Italian language and make friends with the locals. I am writing this blog so my family and friends can see my travels and feel apart of the experience.
