Luzern

Switzerland by train...pretty snow

Dying Loin and the town

The Kapellbrucke, built in 1333

So on Saturday I took a day trip up to Luzern, Switzerland. Its a nice little city about 3 hours north of Riva San Vitale. Looking through the photos, I crossed a bridge that was built in 1333, walked up to the city wall, and then went and took in the Dying Lion. The Dying Lion was the main attraction for me to see. Its a tribute to Swiss soldiers who were massacred during the French Revolution in Paris. Its really neat to see. But, again it was a day trip and I was home just in time to catch some dessert :)
